General Provisions
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the entity operating the jg999 platform ("we", "jg999") and every user of this platform ("you", "member"). By using jg999's website, mobile version, or any other digital channel, you automatically accept these Terms.

Account Registration and Eligibility

If it is established that an account holder is a minor, that account will be closed immediately and all transactions will be considered void.
2.2 One Account Policy
Only one account per person is permitted. Creating multiple accounts — in your own name or in someone else's name — is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all of them will be closed.
2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information
You must provide accurate and complete information when registering an account. Providing false or incorrect information will be treated as a breach of this agreement. jg999 may request necessary documents at any time for verification purposes.
2.4 Geographic Restrictions

Account Security and Responsibility
It is your responsibility to keep your account secure. jg999 will treat any activity carried out from your account as having been authorised by you.
3.1 Password Protection
Keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. Never allow anyone else to access your account. If you believe your account security has been compromised, notify our support team immediately.
3.2 Unauthorised Access
Any unauthorised access to your account must be reported to jg999 without delay. You remain responsible for all activity carried out on your account until the time of reporting.
3.3 Account Verification (KYC)
We may request identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide a national ID card, passport, or equivalent document may result in the account being temporarily suspended.
Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on jg999 are conducted in Taka (BDT). We currently support the following payment methods.
4.1 Payment Methods
Approved methods for deposits and withdrawals at jg999: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. (Rocket is the mobile banking service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.) Deposits via any method other than these three are not accepted.
4.2 Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal
- Minimum deposit: ৳100 (for each method)
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
- Standard withdrawal processing time: 30 minutes to 3 hours
4.3 Deposit Conditions
Funds deposited must be sent from a payment account registered in the name of the registered member. Funds sent from an account registered in a third party's name will be rejected and returned.
4.4 Withdrawal Conditions
Account verification (KYC) must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request. jg999 reserves the right to review withdrawal requests for fraud prevention purposes. In exceptional circumstances processing times may be extended, in which case the member will be informed.
Bonuses and Promotions
jg999 regularly offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer may have its own conditions, but the general rules below apply in all cases.
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000; or a deposit of ৳22,000 earns a bonus of ৳10,000 (the maximum limit), giving a total of ৳32,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times, calculated on the bonus amount only. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 in bets must be placed before withdrawal. No wagering requirement applies to the deposit amount.
5.3 Bonus Abuse
Bonuses are for legitimate recreational use only. Collecting bonuses using multiple accounts, applying coordinated betting patterns, or using any other bonus abuse strategy will result in the bonus being cancelled and the account may be suspended.
5.4 Bonus Expiry
Each bonus offer has a set expiry period. If the wagering requirement is not met within that period, any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled.
Gaming Rules

6.1 Game Results
All games at jg999 are operated by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). Game results are entirely based on chance and there are no predetermined patterns. jg999 conducts regular third-party evaluations to ensure fair play.
6.2 Technical Errors
Incorrect results or rewards displayed due to a system error or technical fault will be considered void. jg999 is not liable for losses caused by such errors.
6.3 Disconnection
If an internet connection is lost during play, the last state saved in the jg999 system will be considered final. jg999 is not responsible for inconvenience caused by such disconnections.
6.4 Sports Betting
Sports betting allows wagers to be placed on designated markets. Once a bet is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless the betting rules specifically permit it. If a match is cancelled or abandoned, bets will be refunded.
Prohibited Activities
Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited on jg999. Violating these prohibitions will result in immediate account closure and legal action may be taken where applicable.
- Conducting fraudulent or deceptive activities
- Transacting with funds from illegal sources (money laundering)
- Creating or operating multiple accounts
- Applying coordinated betting or arbitrage strategies to obtain bonuses
- Playing games using automated software (bots) or scripts
- Deliberately exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs
- Gaining unfair advantages through collusion with other members
- Impersonating jg999 or presenting it as a phishing site
- Carrying out cyber attacks or hacking attempts against the platform
- Conducting transactions using a third party's payment account

12.2 Account Suspension or Closure

12.3 Voluntary Account Closure
